  • What type of event can the trailer be rented for?

    ANY type of event really, weddings, parties, corporate events, graduations and more

  • Is alcohol included?

    No, unfortunately in AZ we are not able to carry a liquor license.

  • When should I book?

    We recommend booking as soon as possible! As our schedule fills up quickly, all we need is date, time and estimated guests to check for availability.

  • Do you require a deposit to book?

    Yes, the deposit is 25% of your total package price and will be subtracted from the total package price. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event date.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Southern charm understands and will do our best to reschedule you if needed. However all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Do you charge to travel?

    We are based out of Queen Creek, AZ and include the first 30 miles FREE! each additional mile is $1.00 per mile and we are willing to make the drive to your special event!
